Grooms should not neglect their grooming. Three months before, see a barber for a consultation. Decide on your final haircut and beard style. Two months before, start any teeth whitening treatments. Use a kit from your dentist. One month before, get your final haircut. This allows time for it to grow out if you hate it. Two weeks before, get a facial or a deep-cleansing treatment. This reduces breakouts. One week before, trim and file your nails. Clean under them. The day before, shave. Do not shave the morning of. Your skin may be irritated. The morning of, apply a light moisturizer after shaving. Use a gentle, fragrance-free formula. Do not forget sunscreen if your wedding is outdoors. Have a touch-up kit for the day.
